OUR RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
In accordance with the consumer protection laws the vendor is not required to provide a refund or replacement if the purchaser makes a wrong selection or changes their mind, we will exchange or re-supply any product that is faulty or has been incorrectly supplied.
However, generally, once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled, we may be able to change or cancel a specific item that you have ordered, but there will be a re-stocking fee of 20% unless you have made a prior arrangement with us.
Custom items such as cabinetry or specially finished tapware cannot be cancelled or amended once ordered. as we are unable to return these items to the supplier. Sale and ex-display items are non-returnable and sold ‘as is’.
